BioPocket is back !

BioPocket 3 — A Fresh New Start for a Classic

More than twenty years ago, BioPocket appeared on Pocket PC devices — a small utility that tried to visualize how our energy, emotions and thoughts move in cycles.

Fast forward to today: the app has grown, evolved, and has just been completely rewritten for iOS.

This isn’t just a facelift. It’s a full comeback.

A Short Look Back

  • 2003 – BioPocket was born on Pocket PC
  • 2011 – Ported to iPhone, one of the very first biorhythm apps on iOS
  • 2025 – Rebuilt from scratch with a brand-new design, modern code, and smoother interactions

Over the years, BioPocket has kept one simple promise: to help you understand your own natural rhythms and live more consciously.

What’s Inside BioPocket

BioPocket shows four main cycles that influence our daily life:

  • Physical (23 days): your energy and vitality
  • Emotional (28 days): how you feel and connect with others
  • Intellectual (33 days): focus, clarity and learning ability
  • Intuitional (38 days): intuition, instincts, and “gut feelings”

You can track these curves day by day and even compare them with other people’s — whether it’s a friend, a partner or a colleague.

It’s a fun and surprisingly accurate way to spot good moments for action or reflection.

Biorhythms aren’t science, but they can help you step back and listen to yourself — which might be just as important.

A Design Made for iOS

BioPocket 3 has been completely redesigned to match the visual language of modern iOS.

Smooth glass-style panels, subtle shadows, dark mode support, and gentle animations make the charts feel alive.

You can adjust:

  • Colors and themes
  • Curve thickness and grid lines
  • Animation speed
  • Display options for each cycle

Everything feels light, precise, and fluid — exactly as it should on an iPhone.

A More Personal Experience

Adding people is easier than ever. Tap the button, enter a birth date, and you’ll instantly see how your rhythms align.

The app now keeps everything tidy and visual, with intuitive gestures:

swipe to move through days, toggle cycles with a tap, and explore the future (or the past) with ease.

Under the Hood

This version is entirely rewritten — using modern iOS frameworks for faster performance and better accuracy.

Leap years are handled correctly, and calculations have been refined for precision.

It’s also more energy-efficient and works seamlessly on iOS 15.6 and above.

Why It Matters

It doesn’t ask for data, permissions, or accounts — just your date of birth.

Then, it quietly reminds you that everything moves in cycles, including you.

Maybe that’s the real secret behind this little app’s longevity.
