You may only use the Service if you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to do so.

Each person must maintain a unique account. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity under your account. You may not share your credentials or grant others access to your account.

- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
- Abuse, harass, discriminate, or harm others
- Interfere with Service performance or security
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or modify the Service
- Circumvent access or usage limits
- Extract, scrape, or harvest data without permission
b. Anti-discrimination
The Service may not be used to promote or support unlawful discrimination, harassment, or hate based on personal characteristics.
c. Suspension and Enforcement
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Service, removal of content, and other actions appropriate to maintain platform integrity.
3. Privacy and Security
The Service implements reasonable security measures to protect data. However, no system is fully secure and you use the Service at your own risk.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the Privacy Policy.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, display, and process it as necessary to operate the Service.
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have rights to upload the content
- Your content does not violate any laws or rights
You are solely responsible for backups of your content.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features may be offered for a fee.
Where the Service is offered via a platform provider (such as an app store), billing and subscription terms are managed by that provider.
Auto-renewal
Paid services may renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends. Subscription management instructions are available in your account settings or the app store settings.
Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the policies of the payment platform or app store used for purchase.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. The Service is not responsible for third-party actions or content.
7. Intellectual Property
All rights to the Service (excluding User Content) are owned by the Service provider or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.
Feedback and suggestions you provide may be used freely to improve the Service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind. No guarantee is made that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.
Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of implied warranties, so the above may not fully apply to you.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total liability shall not exceed the greater of $100 USD or the total subscription fees paid by you in the previous 12 months
Certain consumer rights cannot be waived — this section does not limit those rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
The Service may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms.
Upon termination, your access to your account and content may be disabled. Users are encouraged to export or back up data regularly.
11. Changes to Terms or Service
These Terms may be updated periodically. Notice will be provided when changes materially affect your rights. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
The Service may evolve over time; features may be added, modified, or removed.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service provider operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
